Poor quality of voice is regretted! Radhekrishna.

It is hard to determine when a human being behaves like a snake, a dog or a parrot.Nice to have in this world is the tendency of a cow that feeds its own calf and takes good care of it.

We need to maintain relationships with our friends and families and is required in this world.Yes, we need to attend
marriages, other social gatherings and socialize but we should be in a position to control our mind in all circumstances. What do we do if we attend a friend's wedding? We go there without any major attachments, have food and come back.

The first step in true bakthi is not to allow the heart (desires) and mind to be bound by anything in this world except bind ourselves to the service of the Lord. That is the only place where we need to bind ourselves. But are people behaving that way these days? Visits to the temples and religious fastings have become nothing more than mere rituals.

We can have a sumptous meal and there is nothing wrong about that. While fasting our thoughts are around the smells from the outside world - Oh that delicacy is being cooked at our neighbour's place, this is being fried etc. The mind refuses to be controlled. I don't advocate religious fasts and observances not because I am against them but because there is no point if we pursue them without controlling our mind and its desires.

We should control our mind and we dont have to do any herculean tasks to accomplish that. Please do namajapam and the power of it will take care of controlling everything. Let us begin to establish control and namajapam (chanting of the Lords glory) will surely help achieve that goal.

Many people pose questions to me. Why are you wearing a silk saree etc? Yes of course I wear them. The only answer to them is that can they imitate me in everything or at least try to come close to what I do? I alone know how I live in this world but don't proclaim my powers to the outside world. I can go without food for 40 or 50 days will the people who question me follow that? People again question that how can I carry on without food for these many days? Is it possible at all? The question can be answered and understood if we are able to attain that controlled state of mind.

It is fortunate to listen and be blessed to Guruji Amma
's Sathsangam through phone irrespective of one's domicile in any nook and corner of this universe and many more souls should yearn to enjoy this bliss! Since people are easily tempted to the uncivilized activities and are trapped in the web of movies, television programmes and some unpleasant magazines, more and more Sathsangams should be encouraged and attended to keep oneself engaged in the union of the Almighty, which is the only eternal truth. Just as hills are made of hard stones alone and its originality cannot be replaced, likewise Bhagawaan is the eternal truth and at a stage each one realizes this truth. Its no compulsion and even those who have disassociated will realize this truth. Such is the greatness of Bhakthi and Naamasankeerthana. Since, Naamasankeerthana is the Kali Yuga Dharma, there is no match to it. Radhekrishna!

2. Mahatmas - New Bhaktacharitras Each Month

India is the holy land with so many bhaktas (devotees). When we go through the Indian history, there must be a bhakta in every period. That is the greatness of this sacred land. Bhaktas are the role model for all the bonded souls. They enjoy their life in a perfect way. Bhaktas surrender themselves to the Lotus feet of Lord. By hearing or reading bhaktas' divine story, the bonded soul is enlightened to come out of the worldwide bondages.

Radhekrishna! Sincere chanting and listening to the great stories of devotees will surely give a peace of mind to everybody, even in this 21st century. So many people think that listening to the devotee's stories is a waste of time and there is no benefit at all. If somebody wants to realize the power of bagawan, first of all they must listen bhaktha charithram [stories of devotees]. There are so many advantages in listening to baktha charithram.

Bharath is a very special land and contained within it are sacred places and rivers. Devotees born in this sacred bharath ensure that they propagate bhakti in all corners of the country. This is the precise reason why the fragrance of bhakti can be felt all around our country.Thirumangai Azhwar was visiting all the sacred places around this country. Whilst on pilgrimage around the country he visited the sacred town of Srirangam.

"vimaanam praNavaakaaram vEdhaSrungam mahaadhbhutham

Radhekrishna

The Perumal of thiruvarangam has an amazing power. Thiruvarangam Perumal had taken an avatar before the advent of the azhwars itself. Bhagwan Ranganathan is being experienced by everyone. Bhagwan Ranganathan is more ancient than Bhagwan Sri Ramachandra himself. Many elderly scholars have also quoted that Bhagwan Ramachandra was born as a son to Emperor Dashratha as a heir to the huge Ishvaku dynasty, only due to the grace of Bhagwan Ranganathan. The greatness of Bhagwan Ranganathan can be seen amazingly at many places. The greatness of Bhagwan Ranganathan has been narrated beautifully by the great mahatma peria vachan pillai in an incident in Sri Ramayana. Everyone in Ayodhya was busy preparing for the Crowning ceremony of Bhagwan Ramachandra Moorthy which was scheduled for the next day. Since the next day was supposed to be his Yuvaraja pattabhishekham, that night Bhagwan Ramachandra Moorthy alongwith Devi Sita were resting in the room wherein Bhagwan Ranganathan were there and were performing pooja unto Bhagwan Ranganathan. Whilst performing his pooja Bhagwan Ramachandra Moorthy started praying to Bhagwan Ranganathan.

What an amazing happening! Bhagwan Rama prayed to Bhagwan Ranganathan with folded hands and asked,” Tomorrow morning as soon as the sun rises, Vasishtha alongwith other elders will place the crown on my head and after that the responsibility of taking care of the kingdom will start. Once after shouldering the responsibility of welfare of the kingdom, how do I hunt Ravana? Immediately Bhagwan Ranganathan laughed and asked,” What can I do?”  At that Bhagwan Ramachandra said,” Aren’t You the all knowing. There isn’t anything which you can’t do.” Immediately Bhagwan Ranganathan said,” I am myself depending on the priest to dress me up and the offerings to consume. Then how can I do this work of yours?” Immediately Bhagwan Rama folded his hands and said,” No no. You are very big and powerful and you can definitely do this.” Immediately Bhagwan Ranganathan said,” Why don’t you tell your father that as of now I don’t want to rule the kingdom. Let me hunt down and kill Ravana first and then after that I will rule the kingdom and take care of it. Bhagwan Rama said,” Keeping the word of my father i.e. to abide and make true the decision of father’s words is an oath I have taken and can’t break it. If I speak against the wishes of my father then it would be as breaking my oath. That’s why my speaking up wont do. I trust you almighty wholly and you only have to get this work done for me through someone and stop this Yuvaraja pattabhishekham.”

Immediately Bhagwan Ranganathan agreed and gave his word to get the work done. Accordingly Bhagwan Ranganathan stopped Bhagwan Rama’s coronation ceremony through Manthara alias Kuni. The reason for using Kuni to make this happen was that, no one knew where Kuni belonged to, which caste she was born in, how she was brought up. Peria vachan pillai very strongly preaches that the behavior and nature of a person is determined by the country the person comes from. And that is really the truth. Only one who is born in India and experiences the beautiful culture of India to the fullest can really live happily on this earth. Others are unlucky because even after taking birth, growing up, earning money and experiencing the materialistic pleasures; can’t experience the pride of India, nor can they experience the never ending beauty of Hindu dharma. Because of this there is a necessity for everyone to have some kind of a relation with India. We all ought to be proud to be born in such a great and mighty country like India. Keep one thing firmly in your mind, that the shortcomings and the ill things happening in the country is only because of the people living in it and because of their ignorance and arrogance.

Our pure Hindu dharma and our country India is in no ways and will never ever be responsible for these negatives. Only the people are responsible for this. Thus Bhagwan Ranganathan beautifully and amazingly showered his grace. The elderly scholars while explaining say that when kaikeyi asked two boons from the emperor Dashratha and was forcing him to abide by those at that time Emperor Dashratha fell on the feet of Kaikeyi and was pleading holding her feet to take back those boons. At that time Kaikeyi felt that such a huge emperor is falling at my feet and pleading and her mind started to melt a bit and she thought that I won’t ask these boons. At that time Bhagwan Rama fell on the feet of Bhagwan Ranganathan and pleaded to him to get his work done at any cost. At that time Bhagwan Ranganathan successfully completed Bhagwan Rama’s work. This incident has been dictated by the scholar peria vachan pillai after experiencing. At the time when emperor Dashratha was holding the feet of kaikeyi, that time Bhagwan Rama was holding Bhagwan Ranganathan’s feet and got his work done. This incident has been a very great secret in Ramayana.

Bhagwan Rama being the hero of Ramayana, himself had prayed to Bhagwan Ranganathan and hence Bhagwan Ranganathan is known as Peria Perumal (Elder Perumal). When Bhagwan Ranganathan gave his divine darshan to Thirumangai azhwar who is the last among the azhwars that time Thirumangai azhwars was touched deeply and said that the Bhagwan who gave his darshan in tretayugam has given his darshan in kalyugam also and cried happily. This is the absolute truth. Our life is unpredictable and can end at any point of time.

The body can get destroyed due to any reasons. But before that we have to do acts which would make our souls happy. Bhakthi, namajapam and getting the divine darshan of Bhagwan are the foremost necessities of the soul and we have to realize this. After seeing the Bhagwan Ranganathan there is no one who would not love him. In her divine pasuram in nachiyar thirumozhi aandal says that,” ezhudaya ammalneer enarangathil enamudar, kuralazhagar, vaiazhagar, koppulilezhigamalarpooazhagare.

It means Bhagwan Ranganathan is sweet like nectar, his hair is like kuzhal and is very beautiful, his mouth is amazingly beautiful and that is why he is called vaiazhagar, his eyes are enchanting, very beautiful, full of grace and affection that is why he is called kanazhagar. In front of all this the most beautiful is the navel of Bhagwan Ranganathan which is very divine. His navel is the abode of the lotus from where he created Brahma. Aandal was in love with the navel of Bhagwan Ranganathan. Bhagwan Ranganathan is so powerful and divine and special that on seeing him Thirumangai azhwar forgot himself, forgot his condition, forgot he was a male, bathed in happiness, and started singing the pasurams of azhwars. What he sang and how he sang we will see in the next issue. Radhekrishna !

3. Krishnam Vande Jagadhgurum - Extracts From The Holy Bhagawath Geetha

Radhekrishna.Hinduism is an ancient religion. All the things that have been spoken in Hindu religion can be applied in practical life. Although in 21st century till everyone can apply this in his or her daily life. The aim of Hindu religion is to provide total happiness to everyone at all times (or any point of time). The essence of Hinduism is told in "Bhagawad Gita". In order to realize what is said in Bhagawad Gita it is a compulsory (must) to have an unconditional faith on Bhagawad Gita. So many people have benefited in their lives because of the (by reading) shlokas of Bhagawad Gita. In Bhagawad Gita, Bhagawan Shri Krishna has told the way to lead a happy life in such an easy way that even a normal layman can easily understand. The slokas are so simple that anyone can understand and use it practically.

Gurujiamma & Guruji - Krishnam Vande Jagathgurum

Radhekrishna! Geeta is the highly divine discourse taught by Bhagwan Krishna which teaches the soul having attained a human life about how to have a peaceful and happy end. It teaches what things we are supposed to do and what we are not supposed to in the easiest way which can be understood very clearly. One who understands the Geeta as it is can reach the highest level in life undoubtedly. Many people have a point of view that those who read Geetha lose interest in this worldly life. But that is not the truth! Human life is not only about experiencing the worldly things and happenings and at the same time life is also not about running away from the worldly things. Bhagwath Geetha teaches in detail about which things in this world are we supposed to enjoy and how they are supposed to be enjoyed, what is supposed to be done by us so that we don’t have any sorrow.

Many people have the wrong notion that our body is the only source of strength for us. But everyone has almost forgotten that the athma is much more important than the body and the fact is that no one even thinks about it.  Only a few bhakthas realize that they are an athma, their aim is to achieve Bhagwan, and that the human body is a medium for the same. That is the reason many elderly scholars and bhakthas have taught us various ways and methods to keep our body intact. If we say that there is no time for all this in today’s world then there is no doubt that we are cheating ourselves and are spoiling our own happiness. Therefore if we can spare sometime daily to dedicate ourselves to Bhagwan and live as per our dharma then we can definitely and undoubtedly experience unbound happiness in our lives.

As per the opinion of many people Bhagwath Geetha is supposed to be read after the completion of their jobs and after retirement. Everyone forgets 1 thing that retirement is something which is just a release from the company we are working for, but no one has any idea when the soul is going to retire from the body.  It can be 15 yrs, 25 yrs, 30 yrs, or 50 yrs but there is no guarantee for the same. So before the soul retires from the body, we must enjoy the happiness in life. That too Bhagwath Geetha has been told by Bhagwan Sri Krishna to his Bhaktha Arjuna at the time when Arjuna was deeply immersed in sorrow. So in order to make it sure that in our lives we don’t face any sorrow in future & to erase the sorrow which we are facing, it is our duty to read Bhagwath Geetha without fail.

Just like taking bath, having food, breathing and doing several other activities we do are necessities for us, in the same way reading Bhagwath Geetha has to become an utmost necessity for us in our life. Even if we read one sloka per day then we can definitely find a great improvement in our lives. If you have any doubt regarding this then you yourself read it and experience it and you will surely realize the power and importance of Bhagwath Geetha in your life. Just remember that Bhagwan Krishna has given us a great opportunity to read, hear and speak the divine and amazing Bhagwath Geetha.

If you have decided to experience all the happiness in your life then the only way to achieve it is to listen to the words of Bhagwan. Only one who listens to the words of Bhagwan and acts as it is, experiences the real happiness in life. Otherwise all others just destroy themselves in their own dream world and fantasy and devastate their lives & this is a fact. The facts I have spoken may give you sorrow but this is the truth. Therefore all the mahatmas of the past present and the future also will always have one thing to say that, make use of the great gift of Bhagwath Geetha to make your life beautiful and happy. In Bhagwath Geetha also the twelfth chapter is considered very beautiful wherein Bhagwan Sri Krishna himself speaks highly about the greatness of the bhakthas. Bhagwan Krishna tells Arjuna about them who concentrate on God who has neither form nor body.

When Arjuna asks Bhagwan Sri Krishna that are the bhakthas who concentrate on your form greater or those who concentrate on God who has neither form nor body. At that Bhagwan Krishna very beautifully replies,” O Arjuna! There is no doubt that those who concentrate on my form which is right now in front of you will attain the highest level of salvation. At the same time those who concentrate on God whose form can’t be seen with eyes, can’t be expressed in words, whose voice can’t be heard with ears, and one who cant be touched with hands, means God who cant be experienced by the senses. But those who continuously concentrate on the all powerful, the all absorbing, omnipresent, powerful Brahmam, they also reach me. Bhagwan Krishna gives an amazing and beautiful reply for his own powers. In reality Bhagwan is present with a form and also without a form. The idols in the temple have a form.

Guru and Bhagwan also have a form. At the same time just like how air can’t be seen, hunger can’t be seen; in the same manner Bhagwan without a form is also running this world. That Brahmam can be seen with our eyes. For example if we go to a temple then we can see the idol in a form. With our ears we can hear and speak the hymns of Bhagwan. We can eat the prasadam offered by the temple with our mouth. With our nose we can smell the fragrance of the sandalwood paste or flowers adorning Bhagwan’s body. In divine places like Pandharpur once can touch and experience the Bhagwan.  At the same time we can touch and offer abhishekam as well as decorate and dress up the idols at our residences. But these things can’t be done to a God without form. But a God without form exists which can be experienced but can’t be expressed in words.

A very special and divine God and to concentrate on this form of God is very difficult and tough thing to do. Hence Bagawan explained very beautifully in the beginning about the bhakthas who worship Him as Saguna Brahmam (the divine form in which they can see Him, feel Him etc….) Bagawan says that the bhakthas who worship Him in the other form also attain Him. Hence no matter in which form we worship Bagawan but ultimately we attain His lotus feet. So there is no doubt in that.

But to worship this kind of form is very very difficult which is very marvelously explained by Bagawan in the fifth sloka. Humans are append to their body. As explained by Nammaazhwaar, the soul is attached with the body and hence it gets involved with the activities done by the body and remains there itself. Therefore it is very difficult to worship Bagawan without any form by realizing oneself as an aathma without a body. This is especially very difficult for them who have much pride in their body. Hence Bagawan says that “Klesho Adhikarasthesham Avyaktha Saktha Chethasaam | Avyakthahe Gathir Dukham Dehavadhbhirvapyathe || i.e. the bhakthas who worship the other form of Bagawan have to uphill struggle.

To know more about this wait till the next issue. Radhekrishna  ! ! !

4. The Divine Songs - Dhivyaprabhandham

Naalaayira Dhivyaprabandham

"pinnitta sadaiyaanum piramanum inthiranum
thunnittup pukal ariya vaikuntha neeL vaasal,
min vatttach chudar aazhi vEnkadakkOn thaan umizhum
pon vattil pidiththu udanE pukap peRuvEn aavEnE.
"

{PerumaaL thirumozhi - 679/1000/4000}

Meaning

Lord Shiva with His matted locks, Brahma and Devendra are standing, crowding each other to enter the broad and lengthy doorway of Thirumalai which is the Vakuntha on earth. They are crowding to get the divine darshan of Bhagawan Balaji who is holding the Sudarshan Chakra. The Sudarshan Chakra who is also known as Thiruvazhi Aazhwar is shining with lightning splendor in the divine hands of Bhagawan Balaji. Kulasekara Aazhwar said ,I also want to go inside with them to have a glimpse of the Bhagawan Balaji, who is being served by His devotees who are holding a golden bowl to receive the divine nectar from His divine beautiful lips.

Explanation

In all the divyadesam of Bagawan, giving taambulam to Him is considered as  a very extra special and is a common practice. If we go to Thondaripuram, giving beeda to Bagawan is a common practice. Even in Vrindavan and Mathura, at night time when Bagawan is about to go to sleep, they offer Him taambulam and this has been happening since ages.

In Ramayana, Lord Sri Rama eats betel leaves and then looks out for the golden utensil (pon vattil) to spit the remains from His lotus mouth. At that time He is unable to find the vessel and seeing that, the very devoted Lakshmana shapes his hands in the form of a vessel so that Lord Sri Rama can spit out the remains. Lord Sri Rama spits the remains in Lakshmanas hands and Lakshmana becomes very happy.

It is mentioned in Srimad Bhagawatham that during Rasaleela, a gopi tastes the remains of the betelnut on Bagawan Sri Krishnas lips with her own mouth and thus in turn enjoys the nectar from Bagawan Sri Krishnas lips itself. Only the bhakthas can understand what is the taste and divine enjoyment of Bagawans nectar lips. Aandal also in her Nachiyar Thiruvaimozhi was happily enjoying the taste of Bagawans nectar lips and thus enjoying enquires with Panchajanya (Bagawans divine conch) about the taste of Bagawan Sri Krishnas nectar lips. Thus to accept the remains of the betelnut consumed by Bagawan Shri Krishna is very special.

Seven Hills of Tirupati

In Tirumalai  Tirupati there is a practice of giving betelnut daily to Bagawan and there is a dedicated person who stands to receive the remains of the betelnut consumed by Bagawan. The person has a gold vessel in his hand. Only the person carrying the gold vessel is let inside near Bagawan. Normally there is always a huge crowd of devotees in Tirumalai  Tirupati waiting for the divine darshan of Bagawan. At that time the persons rendering service to the Lord do not see how much crowd is there or how many people are waiting, but they barge in and go straight into the corridors of Bagawan and attain Him. Many people watching them also think that how these people are going inside straightaway without standing in the queue. But since they are rendering service to Bagawan they have got the special opportunity to go and attain Him.

Nowadays, we see that many people having high status in the society cannot be easily seen / met by the ordinary people. But the servants in their house and very ordinary persons who are rendering service to them are able to see them and be near them very easily. Tirumalai  Tirupati Bagawan is bigger and special than anyone else. There is no doubt that he is more special and immense than anyone else existing in this world.

To experience the divinity of Tirumalai  Tirupati Bagawan is the ultimate aim of human life. Thus when Lord Shiva, Brahma and Indra who are unable to get inside and are waiting outside the doors of Tirumalai  Tirupati, that time Bagawan Tirupati Perumal asks who is standing with a golden vessel to take the remains of the betelnut he is consuming. At that moment Kulasekhar Azhwar is sent by the others since he is holding the golden vessel and is waiting to serve Bagawan.

Kulashekara Azhwaar

Kulasekhar Azhwar says that there is no doubt that if we get a human life like this to serve Bagawan then our life will be really special, happy and accomplished. So we must also do a very special bhakthi for Tirupati Perumal and serve Him. Those who cant serve Him with the body must serve Him by praying and offering devotion to Tirupati Perumal, the thousands of devotees believing Him and the bhakthas residing in Tirupati and that itself will be a form of service to Bagawan. Radhekrishna. From this Deepavali onwards lets pray that we get the blessings to have a special and divine respect for our country and our divine temples. Radhekrishna. Next month we will continue with another different pasuram.

5. Spring Of Spiritual Showers - Experiences Of Bhaktas, Disciples Of Poojyashree Shree Amma, Our Gurujiamma

An experience of a disciple in his own words

divine eyes that guard us continuously

Radhekrishna
Poojyashree Shree Ammavin Thiruvadigalile Saranam

The presence of Gurujiamma and Guruji in my life has made it very peaceful. There is a very clear direction to this precious human life now, which was earlier moving very haphazardly. With the grace of our Gurujiamma and Guruji, I
had this experience that I wish to share with all of you. It sounds very trivial prima facie but then it meant a lot to me!

I am a student studying commerce and doing pursuing my CA course. In this course the student is required to undergo 3 years of training, which is called as articleship, in a chartered accountancy firm. I am presently undergoing this
training. On one such day when I returned early from my office, I had made up my mind that I shall do my CA final studies after reaching home. But little did I know that what was to follow. I reached home at around 5p.m. I spent two
hours watching the idiot box. Then at 7 p.m. I switched on my computer and checked my emails, and again wasted the most valuable thing in this world i.e. 'time' playing cards on the computer. Till I finished, it was 9 p.m.

It was so agonizingly irritating! I knew I was wasting my time but still I didn't do anything about it!! On top of that, I overate during dinner. The cumulative effect of all these incidents came on me when I decided to go to
sleep. My mind started thinking. What have you done? Rare are those days when you get the chance to come home so early! And when you got the chance, you have wasted it! I felt very very guilty for what I had done! I was finding it very
difficult to sleep! The frustration of wasting precious time and the effect of overeating also!! I was just lying on the bed for an hour hoping I would get some sleep but to no avail!!

Poojyashri Shri Amma

Then finally I thought that let me try doing 'Guru Dhyanam'. When Gurujiamma had come to Mumbai, that time she had told me that whenever I had thoughts in my mind that were evil, then I should do Guru Dhyanam. Even though the thoughts in my mind weren't evil so to say, but they were evil to the extent that they were not allowing me to have some sleep. So I thought of doing 'Guru Dhyanam'. I have an audio clip of Radhekrishna chanting by Gurujiamma, which I hear often. I immediately started remembering that soul enthralling voice of Gurujiamma chanting Radhekrishna Krishnaradhe Radhekrishna Krishnaradhe Radhekrishna Krishnaradhe Radhekrishna Krishnaradhe.

And then all that I remember is that I got up next morning at 8 a.m.!! It took me a few seconds to believe that it was indeed morning! The last thing I remember was that; not knowing what to do, I had started recollecting Gurujiamma's voice; chanting Radhekrishna!! And then I didn't even realize when I had slept!! It made me feel that instead of trying to find solutions to problems by oneself, it is any day better to just surrender to the lotus feet of Gurujiamma, do Guru Dhyanam and then the solution shall surely, by itself come in ones mind!!

My pranams to Gurujiamma and Guruji

6. Samarpanam

parithraanaaya sadhoonaam vinasaya cha dhushkrutham

dharma sansthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge

Bhagawan takes avatar in each and every yuga mainly to safeguard the bhaktas and then to destroy the rakshasaas who trouble his bhaktas. So Bhagawan comes to this bhoomi from paramapadham just for the sake of his bhaktas. Hence we come to know that bhaktas are very important to the Lord. Whenever Bhagawan comes to rescue his bhaktas, the other fellow people also reap the benefits.........Our guruji amma gives high respect to all the bhaktas. Hence our Vedhanaadham's every issue will be dedicated to one bhakta. This issue we are dedicating to one of the greatest Hindu saints namely 'Swami Raghavendra'.

Sri Raghavendra

Sri Raghavendra

The great saint who was born as the third child to Thimanna Bhatta and Gopikamba in 1601 AD at Bhuvanagiri in Tamil Nadu.
The saint who propagated dwaita philosophy and debated and defeated various scholars of other sects.
The guru, who is regarded as an avatar of Prahlad, who in his previous births was displeased with the amount of service to the Lord and was born again.
The saint who was a staunch devotee of Moola Rama, performed a penance and received the darshan of Hanuman in the form of Sri Panchamukha Anjaneya.
The saint for whom the Lord himself appeared in the dream of His guru, Sudheendra Theertha, to succeed Him as the head of Mutt in the year 1621.
The saint who stayed in Udupi till 1663 and completed important works like Tantra Dipika, Nyaya Muktavali, Parimala and Chandrika Praksha.
The great soul who played the veena and sang "Indhu Enege Sri Govindha" invoking Lord Krishna to dance before him.
The saint who completed the sloka for His favourite devotee Appannacharaya from samadhi as His disciple could not make it on time for an event.
The saint who continues to bless all His devotees and His conversation with British Collector Thomas Munroe in 1800 has been recorded and preserved till date.

Sri Guru Raghavendraya Namaha.
