On her divine birthday (May 24th) Guruji amma blessed everyone of us to achieve bhakthi , gnanam and vairakhiyam. Amma explained how
everything is Krishna as the azhwars had proclaimed including the air that we breathe. True bhakthi means we always do namajapam and does
not involve any outward physical demonstration like applying sandal paste etc. Namajapam alone will guide us in the right path and help realise
the truth.
So with Guruji amma's blessing let us always chant and lead a happy life.

Mahatmas - New Bhaktacharitras Each Month India
is the holy land with so many bhaktas (devotees). When we go through the Indian
history, there must be a bhakta in every period. That is the greatness of this
sacred land. Bhaktas are the role model for all the bonded souls. They enjoy
their life in a perfect way. Bhaktas surrender themselves to the Lotus feet of
Lord. By hearing or reading bhaktas' divine story, the bonded soul is
enlightened to come out of the worldwide bondages. Radhekrishna!
Sincere chanting and listening to the great stories of devotees will surely give
a peace of mind to everybody, even in this 21st century. So many people think
that listening to the devotee's stories is a waste of time and there is no
benefit at all. If somebody wants to realize the power of bagawan, first of all
they must listen bhaktha charithram [stories of devotees]. There are so many
advantages in listening to baktha charithram.
Bharath is a very special land and contained within it are sacred places and rivers. Devotees born in this sacred Bharath ensure that they propagate bhakti in all corners of the country. This is the precise reason why the fragrance of bhakti can be felt all around our country.
Guruji amma has a special reverence for Meera and in the coming issues, we will enjoy Meera's bhakthi and devoution
RadheKrishna
Ordinary people begin to tease Meera and her bhakthi and Meera laments at the thought of associating herself with them. People even warn of
her not getting involved in being a devotee of Krishna. Meera decides to keep quiet as she started ignoring the comments thrown at her. She
decides that as long as Giridhari accepts her it is sufficient for her to lead this life.
Meera begins to restrict her bhajans and was no longer able to freely dance as before. It is just enough if we become an ornament worn by Meera
and that would lead us to good state. Even if we dont become staunch devotees and do bhakthi and if we just request the Lord in our dreams to
be associated with Meera , it will surely happen. It is just that we never ask the Lord and that is why these experiences are getting away from us.
Meera no longer openly sang or danced an silently she chants Giridhari Giridhari. She begins to weep as the marriage day gets closer and
closer.
Just as how Gopis cried with a longing to meet Krishna, Meera similarly was shedding tears for Giridhari. She weeps throughout the night and this
took a toll on her body as weakness began to set in. Dudha rao begins to lament at the plight of Meera and her state. Dudha rao also arranged to
send a doctor but the disease that possessed Meera could only be cured by a guru. When the doctor felt the pulse Meera fell down unconscious
shouting Giridhari Giridhari..
Meera decides to take her life off given the situation she was in. She was looking for a way and decides to swallow the diamond necklace that
gracing Giridhari. She mixed the diamond with milk and sipped it down her throat. Ordinary worldly things cant destroy a body that has been
given to Krishna. The end result was that the diamond attained a higher state of being in Meera's body which was reveberating Krishna's
bhakthi.
Meera fell down and lost consciousness and at the same time had the darshan of Giridhari along with Radhika. She rushes and falls at the feet of
Krishna . She hugs Him tightly and requests Krishna not to get detached from her. Krishna asks whether she belonged to Him or whether He
belonged to Meera. Meera replies that at time she belongs to Him and at other times He belonged to her. Krishna asks given the present
situation what is her response.

faith on Bhagawad Gita. So many people have benefited in their lives because of

Perumal Thirumozhi was as a result of Kulasekara azhwar longing to see and enjoy Lord Ranganatha. The Thirumozhi also results from the
bhakthi of the azhwar towards Rama and Krishna and he begins with his longing for Lord Ranganatha. Everyone of us have so much of longing
for the worldly affairs but the longing and the love for the lord alone will help us achieve a good state.
Kulasekara azhwar admires adishesha and continue to describe how enjoys the lord in his second verse. Adishesha is continuously chanting the
glories of the Lord. Adisheshan is setting an example for us to live. He is using his 1000 mouths on his heads to chant constantly and this is the
only use of being born as a humanbeing. Those being that constantly engage in thinking of the Lord do not have to think about anything else as
the Lord will satsify everything. No where we can see a single Gopi longing to seek anything else other than Krishna because the Lord ensured
that their wants were satisfied.
Adisheshan witnesses the Lord as he continues to chant and his body is twisted in such a way that the Lord can comfortably rest on him. Although
he is constantly chanting, at the same time he is emanating heat from his mouth so that no evil forces could come and affect the Lord while he is
resting. This appears to be like red canopy for the Lord (Vidhanam) and can be observed in all Vaishnava temples even today in the form of a
cloth hanging over the Lord. This heat does not affect the Lord because the Lord himself is in the form of heat.
The Lord is sleeping below the canopy and his hue appears to match that of a garland of Kayam flowers (Deep blue). The temple is surrounded
by huge walls that constantly enjoy the Lord. The walls are really fortunate because they not only enjoy the Lord but also the devotees of the Lord.
Also the so called non living walls never come under the influence of maya as with the living entities.
The Lord encircled by the walls is sleeping on Adishesha and the whole town emits a divine odour. The azhwar describes the Lord Raganatha as
big wizard ('Mayan'). The Lord is ready to undertaken extreme activities for His devotees that are beyond anyone's imagination. Even in Gita the
Lord declares that is very difficult to overcome his Maya or illusion. Krishna further says that noone is beyond him and just as the pearls are tied to
the string all the worlds are tied to Him.
We should have a similar longing to see and enjoy the Lord as with azhwar. If we go to the temple as an exercise of excursion then we will not
realise the joy. We need to go with all the inner desire to see the Lord and then our body will automatically experience a wobble. If that happens
then there are two pillars in front of the temple which can be held on to. Kulasekara azwhar wants to be in such a situation and longs for holding on
to the pillars enjoying the Lord and speak his glory continuously. If we have the same desire as that of the azhwar, then we would begin to enjoy
the Lord.

Spring Of Spiritual Showers - Experiences Of Bhaktas, Disciples Of Poojyashree
Shree Amma, Our Gurujiamma
An experience of a disciple in
his / her own words
SRI GURUBHYONNAMAHA
I was travelling with Guruji to the airport in a cab that I realised that I had forgot to do one thing. The forgotten entity was to check the departure
terminal of the aircraft and so this stuck to me only when the driver asked which terminal to go.
I looked at guruji and told him that I forgot to do so. Guruji was silent for a moment and then he pointed to the wind shield of the taxi and said to
me to look there. To my surprise, a sticker was on the cab and had all the arilines and the departure terminals info . It took us a minute only to
finalize the terminal and land there correctly.
It was a very good experience to me indicating that the Lord is in the form of the guru and He can guide us at all times provided we can have blind
faith and follow what our guruji says at all times.

Samarpanam parithraanaaya sadhoonaam vinasaya cha dhushkrutham dharma sansthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge
Bhagawan takes avatar in each and every yuga mainly to safeguard the bhaktas and then to destroy the rakshasaas who trouble his bhaktas. So Bhagawan comes to this bhoomi from paramapadham just for the sake of his bhaktas. Hence we come to know that bhaktas are very important to the Lord. Whenever Bhagawan comes to rescue his bhaktas, the other fellow people also reap the benefits.........Our guruji amma gives high respect to all the bhaktas. Hence our Vedhanaadham's every issue will be dedicated to one bhakta. This issue we are dedicating to
the one of the great eternal devotees of the Lord namely - 'King Dasaradhar'![]() |
