1. The Divine Message - Message From Poojyashree Shree Amma - The Ultimate Liberator Bestowed By Lord Shri Krishna!

RadheKrishna

RadheKrishna! Certain things happen automatically without our realization. We breathe right from the day we are an embryo and did we ever ask the Lord that the child should develop a heart and the heart should beat etc. We have our food daily and have we ever asked that the food should be transformed into energy and that the unwanted things should be ejected. Did we ever ask this and the Lord is doing everything on His own. So what have we done to the Lord for all that He is doing to us.

We can't do much but we can do continuous and a lot of namajapam. To the extent that scars should develop in our tongue that we should chant. If we think about the Lord then tears must roll down our cheeks. You should continue to do namajapam till such tears roll and those have experienced alone can feel that. But beware that some people would go to the temple and cry but we can easily make out that it is not true bhakthi. When we realize the truth then those tears would come without our knowledge. This is what it means that the soul is searching for the Lord. The truth is that within every one of us the Lord is residing but the very fact that the Lord is present within us does not equate us to the Lord. Those who have studied Bsc cant take Bcom classes!! Bagawan means the Lord who is posseses six main qualities..

2. Mahatmas - New Bhaktacharitras Each Month

India is the holy land with so many bhaktas (devotees). When we go through the Indian history, there must be a bhakta in every period. That is the greatness of this sacred land. Bhaktas are the role model for all the bonded souls. They enjoy their life in a perfect way. Bhaktas surrender themselves to the Lotus feet of Lord. By hearing or reading bhaktas' divine story, the bonded soul is enlightened to come out of the worldwide bondages.

Radhekrishna! Sincere chanting and listening to the great stories of devotees will surely give a peace of mind to everybody, even in this 21st century. So many people think that listening to the devotee's stories is a waste of time and there is no benefit at all. If somebody wants to realize the power of bagawan, first of all they must listen bhaktha charithram [stories of devotees]. There are so many advantages in listening to baktha charithram.

Bharath is a very special land and contained within it are sacred places and rivers. Devotees born in this sacred Bharath ensure that they propagate bhakti in all corners of the country. This is the precise reason why the fragrance of bhakti can be felt all around our country.

Our beloved Guruji  has a special reverence for Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and in the coming issues, we will enjoy his bhakthi and the path of devoution that he had set an example for us to follow.

RadheKrishna

Sashimatha looks at Nimayee and says that he sits like this and plays with the pots, no girl in the town will marry him. NImayee replies that whoever likes him as is will be happy to marry her. That is because the Lord's wish will always take precedence and cannot be changed by humans. Then Nimayee asks his mother "Dear Mom do you know which is a holy place and which is not so on this planet". He the proceeds to answer that the Lord has scaled the world as Vamana and after that how can this earth have a place that is not so holy. Sashimatha was spellbound and could not reply. Annamarchya says that Hari resides on a pious Brahmin as well as within the worst of people. Just as Hari is the same to everyone the earth is the same as it does not distinguish between the pious and the impious humanbeings. The inner truth is that Namajapam can be done at any place on earth as long as our hearts are pure, the place will transform so into a pure one. Sashimatha accepts Nimayee's argument but says that she recommends that
Nimayee does not sit in the backyard like how he is right now.

Sashimatha brings Nimayee out of the yard, gives him a bath and takes him to the inside of the house. Time is passing and Nimayee is also growing older. As Nimayee approached 5 years of age, his father Jaganatha Mishra performs the scared thread ceremony. Nimayee's head is shaved and he dazzles in that new look. Whether the Lord has curly hair or is without hair he is ever handsome. Like how people were amazed by Ram and when Krishna's was tonsured prior to being sent to Santhipani's ashram. The same brahmacharya look also captivated Mahabali as well. Brahmacharyam is about the mind. Parikshit was born dead and a voice said that an eternal Brahamachari (celebate) person alone can bring him back to life. None of the sages including Bhisma came forward but Krishna who was married to 16108 wives and had 10 boys and a girl out of each of them came forward and gave life to Parikshit. The Gayatri mantra was taught to Nimayee and he begins to do sandhyavandam properly.

Tirumangai Azhwar

Then Nimayee father introduces him to vedas and instead of using the stylus for writing, Nimayee uses it as ear bud or treats it a flute. At times when his father is not around, Nimayee uses the stylus to wear gopichandan on his forehead and goes to his mother claiming that a pure vaishanava has come. Sashimatha requests him to study the vedas properly as opposed to playing all the time. When being sent to the vedha schoole, NImayee escapes from there and go and plays on the banks of the river Ganga along with his friends. In every yuga, whether as Rama or Krishna, he would collect his gang and will do mischief. Nimayee instructs everyone to make a mud ball and hit those who come after taking bath from the ganges. All of the ladies threaten to complain about Nimayee but he seems to be least worried. Although they cant tolerate this mischieves the love for Nimayee increases with all of his pranks. This is Krishna Leela and every prank is to give peace to our athma or the soul.

3. Krishnam Vande Jagadhgurum - Extracts From The Holy Bhagawath Geetha

Radhekrishna.Hinduism is an ancient religion. All the things that have been spoken in Hindu religion can be applied in practical life. Although in 21st century till everyone can apply this in his or her daily life. The aim of Hindu religion is to provide total happiness to everyone at all times (or any point of time). The essence of Hinduism is told in "Bhagawad Gita". In order to realize what is said in Bhagawad Gita it is a compulsory (must) to have an unconditional faith on Bhagawad Gita. So many people have benefited in their lives because of the (by reading) shlokas of Bhagawad Gita. In Bhagawad Gita, Bhagawan Shri Krishna has told the way to lead a happy life in such an easy way that even a normal layman can easily understand. The slokas are so simple that anyone can understand and use it practically.
In the coming months we will enjoy the 12th Chapter of Gita and the devoution towards the Lord as explained by our  beloved Guruji.

Gurujiamma & Guruji - Krishnam Vande Jagathgurum

RadheKrishna

In Mahabharat in Bhismaparvadam is where Gita finds its place. If we ask what is the primary scripture for Christians or Muslims we will easily come out with an answer. But that is not the same case with Hinduism because of the millions of scriptures that are present. So how do we determine what is of fundamental importance to Hindusim. According to our sages,Upanishads, Brahma Sutra and Gita are the three pillars on which the foundation of Hinduism resides. Hence Bagawad Gita is of pivotal importance and all the important acharyas , Sri Sankara, Sri Ramanuja and Sri Madvacharya have written commentaries on Gita. It is an irony that the first english translation was compiled by the East India Company that once ruled India for 200 years. In his preface Sir Warren Hastings declared that at some point in time British would return to England leaving India as a free nation. But if they follow the teachings of Gita then they can rule the world for ever! Even Vyasa says in Mahabharatha that it is sufficient to know the Gita and the rest of the sastras will automatically be known to the person who recites and understands Gita. All the upanishads are cows and Krishna is taking care of this cow herd. Here Krishna milked the knowledge of the upanishads (cows) using Arjuna as the calf!

The biggest irony of all is that Gita's first sloka is started by none other than Dirdirashtra. Sometime the foundations of good things are laid by the worst of men. The first sloka begins by a query by Dirdirashtra on what the pandavas and his sons kauravas are doing in the battlefield. Then Duruyodhana observes the armies , followed by blowing of the conch shells on either side. In fact it was Krishna who blew His conch first for Pandavas. According to Swami Desikan everybody got cheated as nobody knew that Krishna's biggest weapon was this conch. This is because the moment He blew his conch the sound pierced through the hearts of all enemies and indicated a sure defeat. The war should have started after the conch shells were blown but instead Arjuna requests Krishna to move the charriot to the middle so that he could clearly see who all are there in the battlefield
.

Kulashekara Azhwaar

Perumal Thirumozhi was as a result of Kulasekara azhwar longing to see and enjoy Lord Ranganatha. The Thirumozhi also results from the bhakthi of the azhwar towards Rama and Krishna and he begins with his longing for Lord Ranganatha. Everyone of us have so much of longing for the worldly affairs but the longing and the love for the lord alone will help us achieve a good state.

Kulasekara azhwar enjoys Lord Ranganatha as Adisheshan in the first two pasurams or songs. Then he enjoys the Lord as enjoyed by Brahma. But the way Gopis enjoyed the Lord is considered to be supreme. This is because the not so intelligent Gopis were fully aware of the strengths of the Lord and believed that Krishna would save them. Of all the avataras, Krishna avatar is considered to be the best and one that can easily be enjoyed. This was followed by Kulasekara azhwar enjoying how Narada and Tumburu enjoy the Lord. He continues further and sees how the devotees are enjoying the Lord.

The devotees are without any vices. Once a saint was passing along and he notices that man was being beaten badly for not repaying his debt. The saint asks to stop the beatings and as a result of his advice the saint was subjected to beating as well. The word spread to his ashram and his disciples rushed and took him to the ashram, sprinkled water and questioned whether the saint can recognize who they are. The saint replied that he recognizes that the person responsible for his beatings is the same as the one who provided him after care (the Lord himself!). In another instance Haridas, a convert from islam, a disciple of Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was being beaten on the banks of the river Ganga for not embracing Islam. Haridas faints and after a while his disciples revive him and feel saddened by this incident. Haridas replied that everbody praises his a true devotee and so he was afraid that the ego will resurace and hence these incidents are good reminders that he is yet to become a complete devotee. Then Haridas prays in the banks of the river Ganga that the Lord should not punish those children as they are not aware of the truth. On hearing this those who beat him got reformed and became devotees of the Lord. The Lord never leaves us despite the crowd that may insult us and belittle our actions and we must remember this always. In our sleep numerous people are chatting and saying multitude of things but they dont affect us since we are not aware of those. Instead while awake our ears listend to them , our minds create jealousy and hence results in anger. Instead we should know to control and ignore and chant instead of paying attention to these words.

In one instance a man decide to tease Ekanadhar and spits on his head while he was returing after his bath in Godavari. Ekanadhar does not mind this and returns to take bath. The man repeats this in excess of 100 times and each time Ekanadhar would return to take bath. At last the man came down and asked why Ekanadhar does not even get excited by his actions. Ekanadhar retors that in his lifetime it is a blessing to take bath 100 times in Godavari in a day and so he is very thankful to the man who spit on his head.

5. Spring Of Spiritual Showers - Experiences Of Bhaktas, Disciples Of Poojyashree Shree Amma, Our Gurujiamma

An experience of a disciple in his / her own words

divine eyes that guard us continuously

SRI GURUBHYONNAMAHA

Radhekrishna,

Many many pranams to Gurujiamma and Guruji. Whenever I have felt that I am lost and wish to find a way out, Gurujiammaís and Gurujiís blessings have always shown me the way. They have made me realise the true purpose of this human life. I had an experience which proved that They are always with us whenever we lose our way.

On the day of Deepavali festival, I had gone out of home with some household work and was returning home from Dombivli station in an auto. I got out of the auto and reached home. The moment I put a foot inside the house, my mother told me that the bulb in the kitchen was not working. My mother asked me to temporarily remove the bulb from the other room and put it in the kitchen as she wanted to do Pooja; that day being Laxmi Poojan. I was not able to see in the dark. I was trying to figure out where the fused bulb in the kitchen is fixed. I was unable to find a torch and so I thought if I use the light which appears on the screen of the mobile I will be able to see. I searched for the mobile in the bags that I had brought from outside as well as in my pockets but could not find it. I was just praying and hoping that I had not lost it. Till date I had lost 3 mobiles and had got a nice scolding each time from my father for being so careless. To my misfortune, I realised that this was the fourth time. Yes, I had lost my mobile again. Not knowing what to do, I frantically searched for it everywhere but didnít find it.

My mother asked to call on my mobile number from her mobile. I did the same. A voice answered. I was relieved that my mobile was in good hands. I talked to that person and asked him where he stayed. The person told his name as Mr. Muthuswamy. I then told everyone at home my parents, uncle and grandmother that I am going to the personís house to get my mobile. My grandmother casually asked the name and address of the person. I showed her the piece of paper on which I had written the details.

My grandmother exclaimed that we knew that person and that he was also from RKSS group only. I also knew Muthuswamy uncle but at that moment it did not strike me that it was indeed him with whom I had just spoken! As my grandmother had gone to their house many times when Sathsangam and Bhajans had been held at their house, she knew the postal address by-heart.

I felt very happy and relived that I would be getting back the lost mobile. My grandmother accompanied me and we went to Muthuswamy uncleís house and thus I got back the mobile.Muthuswamy uncle and his family also had a nice laugh when they realised that the mobile that he had found in the auto was mine. And we both had not even realised that we were sitting next to each other in the same auto from Dombivli station!

I realised that this was nothing but the Aashirwadam of Gurujiamma and Guruji that they are always with us and taking care of us at each and every step in our life. Bearing this in mind, we need not have any worries.

6. Samarpanam

parithraanaaya sadhoonaam vinasaya cha dhushkrutham

dharma sansthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge

Bhagawan takes avatar in each and every yuga mainly to safeguard the bhaktas and then to destroy the rakshasaas who trouble his bhaktas. So Bhagawan comes to this bhoomi from paramapadham just for the sake of his bhaktas. Hence we come to know that bhaktas are very important to the Lord. Whenever Bhagawan comes to rescue his bhaktas, the other fellow people also reap the benefits.........Our guruji amma gives high respect to all the bhaktas. Hence our Vedhanaadham's every issue will be dedicated to one bhakta. This issue we are dedicating to the one of the great eternal devotees of the Lord namely - 'Vyasaraja'

The great spiritual master Vyasatirtha (1460-1539), also called Vyasaraja or Vyasaraya or Vyasacharya was born in Bannur in the Mysore District
The great scholar defended the Dvaita philipsophy against all rival schools of thoughts
The great saint was responsible for bringing out the Haridasa religion into limelight
The great soul was the guru of purandaradasa and kanadasa and served as the rajaguru for Krishnadevaraya. It was under his tutelage that Vijayanagara flourished.
The great devotee was the head of Tirupathi Temple between the period 1486 - 1498
The great saintly poet was responsible for starting the carnatic revolution and Krishan nee Begane Baroo being one among them
The great soul is attributed to such famous works like Nyayamritam, Tarkatandava, Tatparya Chandrika (the three collectively known as Vyasa Traya & Devaranama (devotional hymns)
